GreenHarvest Is Founded
In a post Dust Bowl world, everything that was known about agricultural practice was abandoned for new methods that prevented soil degradation. Our founders, Mr. and Mrs. Archibald Stanton, were pioneers of the industry, driven by science, and invested in discovering ways to ensure that soil was fruitful and seeds were hardy against drought, flooding, natural pests, and climate change.
Growth Continues
35 years after the founding, GreenHarvest was an established leader in the agricultural industry. The company stayed within the family and Mr. Archibald Stanton Jr. was at the helm of the second wave of growth as the company expanded into irrigation and grew their staff of scientists and experts to include veterans from the NOAA, the NSA, and various branches of the United States Armed Forces including the Army and the Air Force.
Expansion Into AgriTech
Mr. Archibald Stanton III joined his father in continuing to grow GreenHarvest as soon as he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard. The youthful grandson of the founder was innovative and a proponent for the Internet after aiding Vincent Cerf while he taught in Cambridge and developed the Internet with partner, Bob Kahn. Expanding into Agritech as soon as the Internet hit the market would end up changing the trajectory of GreenHarvest indefinitely.
Technology Steers Growth
35 years after GreenHarvest dabbled with technology, the company is completely driven by technological advances. Archibald Stanton IV doubled down on partnering agriculture with technology – taking one of the oldest forms of subsistence and marrying it to the newest – and reworked all of the proprietary technology GreenHarvest had produced since its founding to be technologically driven and expanding at a substantial rate.
Continuing To Evolve
GreenHarvest AgriTech is currently lead by twins, Archibald Stanton V and Arielle Stanton-Lowell, and continuing to carve the path for the meshing of traditional agricultural approaches with the latest technology. The current focus of the company is expanding with the use of AI technology while simultaneously adapting existing technology to consider the ever-changing world of rural farming as climate change continues to drive decision making.
